Columbia Actually Shot Down ?

Questions: Could all these you are about to view are being created to prove a point? Is it Facts or Fictions?

We all knew Styrofoam could not break through a hardened spacecraft; David Sereda with his brilliant wit, examines the evidence seeing through NASA's cover-up and scientifically sheds light on why the shuttle Columbia came down.

David Sereda and others discuss the possibility that the planet is caught in a terrestrial-ET space conflict or an ET-ET conflict.

Part of this looks at the case of the Columbia Shuttle which was seen with two UFOs and also photographed by a scientist who caught several frames showing some kind of plasma weapon homing in on the shuttle body.
What are the consequences of above government agencies knowing about these type of conflicts and failing to disclose it to the world?

Part 1 : Continues...

Part 2 :

Comment:
"UFOs have been documented long before the 40s. There is actually Egyptian wrtings with pictures of UFOs. And there are stories about how Native Americans would dig holes with cow hydes over them to hide from UFOs because they didn't understand what the objects were or where they were coming from. They were scared."

Heart Attacks And Drinking Warm Water

Drinking warm water after your meal and how it is related to heart attacks. This makes sense.. the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals...not cold water...maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!!

Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water.... It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.

Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks: You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...
